After doing some
lovely portraits of the whole family, Amy, Peter, Michelle and I hopped in the car and headed a few blocks over to downtown Franklin for a few more. I love these first three photos. To me, finding these fun little moments and capturing them on film is so rewarding, because they're real moments. Sure, I told the 3 of them to stand there, and I have a shot that's a little more posed/formal, but when Amy decided to give her sister a peck on the cheek, the giggles that followed are what makes their expressions true, honest and in-the-moment, and that's what makes these so special to me.
