Nashville Wedding Photographer - Intimate Winter Wedding Inspirtaion at Carnton Plantation

Just a reminder: I am currently on maternity leave after having welcomed our son Oliver. As such, my email response will be a little slower than normal. If you're engaged and want to discuss booking your wedding, I promise I will respond within 24-48 hours of your inquiry (just forgive me if my words are misspelled, I might be a little sleep deprived!) and we can get started on building your perfect wedding photography experience. After March 1st, I'll be back in the office and behind the camera full swing, right back at creating heirlooms for you. In the mean time, enjoy this post as well as some other pre-scheduled blogs I have in store for you!

Yes, the first day of spring is right around the corner on March 20 … but let’s not get ahead of ourselves. Thanks to the mild winter temperature here in Tennessee, not only can you do a fabulous winter wedding … if you are clever, you might even manage to pull off one outside like this Nordic-inspired styled shoot at Carton Plantation in Franklin Tennessee.
One of my favorite details of this shoot were the signature cocktails like the Salted Caramel Rum Chai Latte, the Lemon Hot Toddy, and the Cranberry Rum Cider. Personally, I’m a whiskey girl. So, the Cinnamon Snowball Shot and the Winter Sun mixed with locally-made Gentleman Jack were right up my alley.
